Project description
Built over an existing
structure, the villa houses two separate flats and one duplex. Openings
and views are studied to allow direct sunlight according to seasonal
sun course. Upper floors’ setback lowers the construction height while
providing large planters and sunny terraces. Attic is covered with a
round shaped copper roof with skylight openings.
