Project description
Located at the Southern edge
of a magnificent golf course, the plot had an excellent view over the
entire park. The Client wished to have two identical blocks with 3
luxury flats per floor (more than 360m² each). We were able to
combine duplexes and flats on each floor, all oriented towards the
park. A private swimming pool and a small gymnasium were planned to
allow family gatherings. All loggias and balconies views were to remain
unblocked.
Architectural language had to be kept simple yet it had to provide
strong impression of wealth and reveal the standing of the project.
